Cardiff University is a dynamic and prosperous centre of higher education with an international reputation for high-quality teaching and research. Aligning with Welsh Government proposals to decarbonise public sector bodies by 2030, the university has demonstrated a staunch commitment to these targets by reducing scope 1 & 2 emissions by 15% in just two years. Assisting these decarbonisation plans, we have supplied 7 amorphous low-loss transformers and one CRGO transformer to Cardiff University, offering the institution significant carbon, energy and financial savings year-on-year over the lifetime of the transformers. 

The transformers we provided are installed across the campus to support several facilities, such as Llys Talybont student accommodations, the School of Computer Science and Informatics, the School of Mathematics, and others.
