Tudor has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing including roles in operations management, process engineering and project management. He joined WPS in 2024 to support the deployment of a new ERP, the development of supply chain and planning functions, and the build of a new factory in Leeds.

Before joining WPS in 2019, Greig worked for major switchgear & transformer manufacturers. Throughout his 26 years of experience, Greig supported landmark projects for blue-chip companies. Greig now heads the sales & tendering functions and has managed to exceed a £100M sales milestone in 23/24.

An international energy award winner, Ayah has degrees in engineering, sustainability & business. Ayah worked in the Solar PV & capacity market industries before joining WPS in 2019. Driving sustainability at WPS, Ayah advocates for decarbonisation through her contributions to BEAMA and T&D Europe.

Sue is MCIPD qualified and has over 25 years of HR experience in manufacturing & services. Since joining WPS in 2017, Sue assisted the business throughout an exponential growth period by achieving high retention, maintaining a supportive open-door policy & enhancing employee experience & benefits.

A CIMA-qualified accountant with almost 35 years' of experience at WPS. Steve started with us as a bookkeeper, as 1 of only 12 staff members. Since then, he’s been integral to the business’ growth, building and managing the finance function, maintaining cash flows, and producing management accounts.

Raju holds a postgraduate in engineering specialising in Power Electronics and Industrial Drives. He has 22 years of extensive experience in transformer design including 15 years leading engineering departments in India & the Middle East. Raju joined WPS in 2023 to head the engineering team.

Apprentice trained and professional accredited with 35 years' experience across multiple disciplines. An Engineer dedicated to his craft with an emphasis on process efficiency. Worked across Europe, North America and Canada as a Lead Process Engineer before joining Wilson Power Solutions in 2016.

Johnny made a start within the industry over 15 years ago, carrying out an apprenticeship in MV Switchgear. He moved to the transformer industry over 10 years ago and obtained an electrical engineering degree whilst continuing to gain experience. He joined WPS in 2024 as Head of Site Services.

Jake began as an Apprentice in Electrical Installation before joining WPS in 2015. He progressed through various roles becoming Head of Operations in 2025. With a CMI Level 3 in Management, Jake leads production improvements while overseeing logistics, inventory management and in-process quality.
