Before joining WPS in 2019, Greig worked for major switchgear & transformer manufacturers. Throughout his 26 years of experience, Greig supported landmark projects for blue-chip companies. Greig is now Head of Sales for the renewable sector and has managed to exceed a £100M sales milestone in 23/24.

Tony has 20 years’ experience in building services, supporting M&E contractors and consultants across the built environment. At Wilson Power Solutions, he brings leadership experience from CEF, Siemens and Tyco, covering power distribution, EV infrastructure, BESS, renewables, BMS, fire and security

Jake began as an Apprentice in Electrical Installation before joining WPS in 2015. He progressed through various roles, becoming Head of Planning & Execution in 2026. With a CMI Level 3 in Management, Jake leads production improvements while overseeing logistics, inventory management and quality.

With a background in accounting, Melanie brings 15 years of generalist HR experience across services, charity and manufacturing. She has supported start-ups, growth and acquisitions, and is passionate about building high-performing cultures and enhancing the employee experience.

A CIMA-qualified accountant with almost 35 years' of experience at WPS. Steve started with us as a bookkeeper, as 1 of only 12 staff members. Since then, he’s been integral to the business’ growth, building and managing the finance function, maintaining cash flows, and producing management accounts.

Raju holds a postgraduate in engineering specialising in Power Electronics and Industrial Drives. He has 22 years of extensive experience in transformer design including 15 years leading engineering departments in India & the Middle East. Raju joined WPS in 2023 to head the engineering team.

Mark brings 13 years of HSE experience across civil and subsea reinforcement manufacturing, quarrying, brick production and transformer manufacturing. NEBOSH Level 6 qualified, he has led improvements in compliance, contractor management and safe systems of work across UK and European sites.

Lucy is an ACA Chartered Accountant with c. 15 years’ professional services experience, including 10+ years in financial due diligence. She turns financial, commercial and operational data into insights that support strategic decisions and drive value creation across the Group.

Shaun brings 37 years of manufacturing experience, progressing from machine operator to Operations Director. Toyota-trained in lean manufacturing, he has led operations across SMEs and large corporations throughout Europe, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Johnny made a start within the industry over 15 years ago, carrying out an apprenticeship in MV Switchgear. He moved to the transformer industry over 10 years ago and obtained an electrical engineering degree whilst continuing to gain experience. He joined WPS in 2024 as Head of Site Services.

Gary has extensive production management experience, driving operational improvements across manufacturing, engineering and facilities management. He leads teams to enhance safety, quality, compliance and profitability through process optimisation, efficient workflows and strategic delivery.
